Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients

  • cups sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.  Bake in a greased 13×9 cake pan 25 – 30 min. @ 350.  When cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
