Zucchini Brownies
Ingredients
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup oil
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 13x9 cake pan 25 - 30 min. @ 350. When cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
