Yummy Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 sweet potatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Bake sweet potatoes 35 min. @ 375º-cool slightly, peel and mash.
- add all remaining ingredients (excluding Topping) to mashed potatoes
- place into a 9x13 baking dish
- Put "Topping" ingredients into a blender and blend until coarse.
- Sprinkel over dish.
- Bake for 30 min. @350
