Grease a 11 x 17 jelly roll pan (can also use a 9x13 pan, but you may die of sugar shock-there's something to be said for spreading the love in this recipe).
Pour cake batter into a greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. While cake is baking, prepare the icing.
Frosting:
Melt butter then add the remaining ingredients.
Put icing on cake while both are still warm.
