Whole Wheat Pancakes

- ¾ cup wheat berries
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup powdered milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
Put berries in a blender, add water & powdered milk. Blend on high for 10 min.
Add baking soda & powder, oil & eggs. Blend until mixed.
Fry on hot griddle.
