Whole Wheat Bread

- ½ cup warm wate
- 3 Tbsp yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 Tbsp soft butter or oil
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1-2 cups white flour
Combine water & yeast.
Add milk, sugar, salt, molasses and butter.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients until it cleans side of bowl.
Knead 6-7 min and form into loaf.
Let rise.
Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes.
