White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

chicken cut into cubes
1
medium
onion
chopped
1½
tsp
garlic powder

Tbsp
vegetable or olive oil

cans
Great Northern Beans
drained & rinsed
1
can
chicken broth
2
cans
green chilies
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
ground cumin
1
tsp
dried oregano
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
cayenne pepper
optional

cup
sour cream
I have substituted cream cheese for sour cream and think I like it better
½
cup
whipping cream
can use canned milk
Instructions
In large saucepan saute onion and chicken until done
Add remaining ingredients (except creams) and heat through.
Remove from heat and add 1 cup sour cream and ½ cup whipping cream.
Notes
I have substituted cooked cauliflower for the beans to make this a low carb ish. If using beans I usually add an extra can of beans and chicken broth.
