In mixer, combine warm water, yeast & sugar.
Add salt & oil
Gradually add flour, one cup at a time while mixing.
Mix till dough cleans sides of bowl-if it’s not doing this add just a little more flour, but not too much or else it will make the bread dry.
Knead dough for approximately 6 minutes.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down and form into desired shape. Let rise again until double in size.
Bake @ 375 for 25-30 minutes
Remove immediately from pan, butter tops with butter.
