Wacky Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1½ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp baking cocoa
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Stir together in ungreased 8x8 pan: sugar, flour, cocoa, salt & soda. Make 3 holes in the flour mixture.
- Fill in one hole with the vinegar, another with the vanilla, the other with oil.
- Stir till well blended with a fork.
- Bake at 350° for 30 min. Let cook and frost with powdered sugar frosting
