Wacky Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp baking cocoa
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Stir together in ungreased 8x8 pan: sugar, flour, cocoa, salt & soda. Make 3 holes in the flour mixture.
  • Fill in one hole with the vinegar, another with the vanilla, the other with oil.
  • Stir till well blended with a fork.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 min. Let cook and frost with powdered sugar frosting
