Tomatillo Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2-4 tomatillos (or green tomatoes)
  • 1-2 cloves garlin, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together in blender. 
  • Add additional mayo if dressing is too thin. 
  • Keep refrigerated
