Tomatillo Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 pkg hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2-4 tomatillos (or green tomatoes)
- 1-2 cloves garlin, minced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together in blender.
- Add additional mayo if dressing is too thin.
- Keep refrigerated
