Toast & Gravy
Another family favorite, especially with Gary!

Make a milk gravy:
½ c margarine melted in pot.
Add ½ c flour.
Add approx 2 c milk, Stir in, add more milk as needed.
Salt & pepper the milk gravy to taste.
I like to scramble a couple of eggs separately and add to the gravy.
Toast several slices of bread.
In a large bowl alternate as follows: Gravy, toast, gravy, toast. And so forth. Pour any remaining gravy on top of the stack.
Serve immediately
