Thanksgiving Stuffing (crockpot method)

Ingredients

bread
torn up small

celery
chopped

onion
chopped

butter

poultry seasoning

salt

pepper

paprika

thyme

cup
drained cranberries
½
cup
slivered almonds
or broken pecans

oz
low fat sausage

egg
well blended

oz
sliced mushrooms
optional

cup
chicken broth
Instructions
Saute onions, celery & mushrooms in ¾ c butter.
Brown sausage.
Combine & mix lightly all ingredients.
Put in a crockpot on high for 45 min.
After 45 min. turn to low and cook for 4-8 hrs.
