Teriyaki Chicken Salad

Ingredients

bunches of spinach
¼-½
lb
mushrooms
¼
cup
green onions

tomatoes
2
pkgs
teriyaki chicken
if you wnt tender chicken, use thigh meat
Dressing:
½
cup
salad oil
¼
cup
cider vinegar
¼
cup
sugar
½
tsp
ginger
½
tsp
mustard
Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Slice onions
Saute chicken and onions.
Slice mushrooms and tomatoes, add to spinach
Mix dressing ingredients.
Add it all together. serve immediately
