Teriyaki Chicken

- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9x13 pan.
Place all ingredients in the 9x13 pan and mix together. Then place 8 to 10 boneless/skinless chicken thighs in the sauce.
Bake 45 min.
Turn chicken after about 25 min.
Serve over rice. Steamed cabbage & carrots are also good with this.
