Sweet & Sour Sauce

- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅔ cups ketchup
- 6 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and stir together
Heat over a medium-high heat. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens
Remove from heat and serve warm.
