Sweet and Sour Sauce

- 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- 6 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and stir together.
Heat over a medium-high heat. Bring to boil and simmer 5 min. until it starts to thicken
Remove from heat, pour in serving bowl
