Super Easy Hot Fudge Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, cook sweetened condensed milk, choc. chips, and butter over medium heat until melted, stirring frequently. 
  • Stir in vanilla
