Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can chopped mushrooms
  • beef roast

Instructions

  • Cook roast beef in a crock pot w/ onion soup mix all day.   Shred when tender.  Add soups and mushrooms.  Just before serving, add sour cream.  Serve over egg noodles.
