Ingredients

Apple Juice

Frozen Strawberries

frozen banana (or fresh ok too)
1/2
cup
ice

cup
nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt (I've also used regular yogurt)
Instructions
Add all ingredients in the blender
Blend until smooth
Notes
If you use frozen fruit or frozen yogurt your drink will be more like a shake, nice and thick. Fresh fruit will make it more runny.
