Cut the angel food cake into 1" cubes and place in the bottom of a glass bowl.
Make up the gelatin according to directions, allow it to cool for a few minutes, and pour it over the cake.
Place fruit over the cake.
Mix pudding according to directions and pour it over the fruit.
Refrigerate for at least 10 min.
Just before serving, top trifle with whipped cream sweetened to taste with vanilla and powdered sugar.
Garnish with fresh fruit if desired
