Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh spinach leaves can use iceberg lettuce
  • 1-2 bunches romaine chopped
  • 1-2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced can use raspberries instead
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges
  • caramelized pecans or almonds

Instructions

  • Toss all together and serve with Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
  • To caramelize pecans (almonds) heat sliced almonds (pecans) in some butter and sugar over medium heat in a small fry pan.
