Ingredients
½
cup
shortening
2¾
cup
flour
½
cup
soft margarine
2
tsp
cream of tartar
1½
cup
sugar
1
tsp
baking soda
2
eggs
¼
Tbsp
salt
Instructions
Cream shortening, sugar & eggs.
Mix dry ingredients & gradually add to the cream mixture. Should be a stiff dough. Refrigerate for a little while if not.
Roll into small balls and roll into a mixture of 2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp cinnamon.
Bake at 325º for approx. 10 min.
