Ingredients

Tbsp
yeast
1
tsp
salt
1¼
cup
warm water
4
cups
flour

Tbsp
oil
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in oil and salt.
Mix in flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic, about 15 min.
Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil top.
Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 2 hours.
Punch down and divide.
Will make 4 -9” crusts.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Bake 15 min @ 450.
