Pineapple Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients
Crust:

flour

butter

cup
sugar
Filling:

8 oz pkg
cream cheese

Tbsp
sugar

egg

tsp
vanilla

can
crushed pineapple
drained

cup
shredded coconut
1
Tbsp
butter
melted
Instructions
Crust
Blend flour, butter and sugar. Do not over mix
Press into 9x13" pan and bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes until it is brown.
Filling:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in pineapple. Spread filling into pie crust
Mix coconut and melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350° for 10-15 min more.
