Peach Pie

- 1 jar peaches drained
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp tapioca
- ⅔-1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter melted
Line 9" pie pan with pie crust and fill with drained peaches
Combine egg, sugar, tapioca and melted butter. Pour mixture over peaches.
Top with pie crust and pinch the edges together. Score crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 400° for 15 min. Reduce heat to 300° and bake for another 50 min.
