Ingredients

raw cashews

lemon

apple cider vinegar

water

salt
Instructions
Place cashews in a bowl, cover with water and allow to soak at room temperature for approx. 3 hours. Drain and rinse with cold water
Place prepared cashews into a blender, add juice of 1 lemon, apple cider vinegar, water and salt. Blend until smooth
Place into an air tight container and keep refrigerated
