Oven Browned Chicken

- ½ cup butter
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (6-8 pieces) cut up chicken
Preheat the oven to 400.
Combine flour and seasonings in a large zip lock bag.
Melt butter in pan, coat each chicken piece in butter then drop in bag and shake until well coated.
Place skin side down on a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes. Turn skin side up and bake for another 25 minutes. Tastes like fried chicken.
