Cut broccoli & cauliflower into small florets. Steam til tender (5 min).
Make barbecued onions by melting 2 Tbsp butter in a fry pan, cut up a small onion into small pieces and cook til tender. Add barbecue sauce to sautéed onions.
Prepare goodwich like a taco. Heat tortilla; spread mayonnaise over it and layer broccoli/cauliflower on top. Top with barbecued onions, pickle, avocado and lettuce.
