Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

butter
divided

mushrooms

Tbsp
flour
1½
cup
water

beef bouillon cubes
2
Tbsp
heavy whipping cream
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
garlic salt
Instructions
In a skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter, add mushrooms and sauté until soft. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and flour; stir with whisk. Slowly add water, whisking continuously. Add bouillon.
After the bouillon has dissolved, add cream, salt and garlic. Add already cooked mushrooms. Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
