Mexican Chip Dip
This is especially for you, Dallin and Meghan:)

- 3 medium avocados
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 cans olives chopped
- grated cheese
Mash avocado w/ lemon juice.
Add salt & pepper.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
On large platter, cookie sheet, etc. spread the beans.
Spread the avocado mixture over the top of the beans,
spread sour cream mixture over avocado mixtuer.
Follow up with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Serve with Corn.
