Ingredients

cups
cooked rice

cup
carrots
cut into small pieces
1
bunch
green onions
cut into small pieces
½
cups
mushrooms
chopped
1
lb
diced ham
2-3
eggs
1
Tbsp
cooking oil
1
Tbsp
soy sauce
Instructions
Place oil into a fry pan. Heat up, add all veggies and cook until a little soft, but not too soft.
Add ham and cooked rice (about 3 c).
Add soy sauce.
Scramble eggs in a separate pan and add to stir fry.
Serve hot!
