- ½ head green cabbage
- 6-8 fresh roma tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1-2 bunches cilantro
- 1 medium purple onion
- 1 can diced chilies
- ½ can diced jalapenos
- salt and peper to taste it takes quite a bit of salt
