Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Melt butter and cocoa.  Remove from heat and add eggs.  Beat with spoon until mixed well.  Add remaining ingredients.
  • Spread onto a greased cookie sheet. This is a very thin layer in the pan.  
  • Bake @ 350 for 15 min.  While still warm ice with powdered sugar frosting
