Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

cup
butter
4
Tbsp
cocoa powder
3
cups
sugar
1
13 oz. can
evaporated milk
1
tsp
vanilla
¾
cup
light corn syrup
Instructions
In a double boiler melt 1 c butter (I don’t have a double boiler. I just do it in a sauce pan).
Add cocoa and sugar.
Mix well and add milk, vanilla, and corn syrup.
Turn down heat and let simmer to dissolve sugar.
Turn heat off, sauce thickens as it cools.
