Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1
14-16oz can
diced tomatoes
I like Italian seasoned
½
cup
milk or cream
¼
tsp
baking soda
Instructions
Empty tomatoes into a blender and blend just enough to get rid of the big chunks, but don’t puree.
Pour into sauce pan.
Add milk, then heat. Do not heat tomatoes first or else it will curdle the milk. They must both be cold.
After it is heated completely add the soda, blend well and serve hot!
