Hawaiian Haystacks

Ingredients

  • Diced, cooked chicken
  • pineapple tidbits
  • grated cheese
  • sliced black olives
  • chicken gravy
  • lettuce chopped
  • rice
  • peas

Chicken Gravy

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For the gravy: Mix together chicken gravy ingredients in saucepan and heat through.  Stir in diced chicken.
  • For the Haystacks: Starting with rice, layer your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
