- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 oz Mozzarella grated
- 1/4 cup Marinara
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Chicken cooked & diced
- 1/2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs optional
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
Garnish:
- Fresh Parsley
- Basil
- Red Pepper Flakes
In a single-serving oven safe baking dish or ramekin, add cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, seasonings and mix until combined.
Stir in chicken.
Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, then broil for 90 seconds.
Top with parsley, red pepper flakes and basil.
