Mix nuts and coconut in large bowl with the popped popcorn.

Mix sugar, butter, corn syrup in large pan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook till light Caramel color. I usually cook for 3-4 minutes after mixture boils as we like it soft!Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn/ nut/coconut mixture. Mix well. Put on wax paper to cool.ENJOY! Sometimes I just use the mixed nuts from Costco and Virginia peanuts in the can! Actually…..Most times I do that! (I love the cashews)
