Mix together flour, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl. Add lemon juice and cream. Mix well.Pour over sliced pears in an uncooked pie crust.
Topping
Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over top of pie.Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375F and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes until pie is set and crust golden.Delicious!
