Peel & cut potatoes into bite size pieces add to large pot, place unboiled eggs into pot with potatoes. Boil till done.
Peel hard boiled eggs.
In a large pot combine ½ c butter and ½ c flour. Mix well.
Add half-n-half and thicken, stirring constantly.
Add grated cheese, stir till mixed in.
If it becomes too thick add a little more half-n-half.
Add seasoned salt, ham, cooked potatoes and cut up eggs into bite sized pieces and add to soup
