Ham and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes
  • hard boiled eggs
  • ham diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cube potatoes, ham and eggs.  Make cheese sauce in another pan and add to potatoes.  Put all into a greased casserole dish, top with bread crumbs or french fried onions and bake for 30 minutes and 350

Notes

I think sometimes mom adds mustard to her cheese sauce.
