Grandpa Lybbert’s Biscuits

- 3 c flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 450°F
Mix dry ingredients
Heat heavy whipping cream in microwave for about 45-60 seconds (cream needs to reach ~90°F)
Add cream to dry ingredients and mix well
Take scoops of batter and plop onto greased sheet
Cool for 10-12 min.
