Grandma Lybbert's Oven Stew

- 3-4 carrots sliced
- 3-4 stalks celery cubed
- 1 onion diced
- 3 potatoes chunked
- 1 lb stew meat browned
- 2 cans tomato soup
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients in a stew pot and add additional water for a soupy broth
cook in oven at 300 for 3 ½ to 4 hrs. Or just put in a crockpot, low for 4-5 hrs.
