Grandma Lybbert's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

grated carrots

finely chopped celery

hard boiled eggs
chopped

cooked chicken
chopped

mayonnaise

bunch
green onions
chopped

can
Chinese noodles
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Just before serving, stir in noodles
Notes
This makes a great pita filling, I just omit the Chinese noodles.
