Golden Syrup

Ingredients
¼
cup
white sugar
½
tsp
vinegar
1
tsp
water
⅓
cup
light corn syrup
½
cup
heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Put sugar in a pan, shake the pan so sugar is even. Sprinkle it with vinegar and water mixture. Cook over low heat, without stirring for 5 min.
Increase heat to medium & cook until syrup has taken caramel color, 5-6 min.
Remove from heat & pour in corn syrup. DO NOT STIR! Let bubble for 2-3 min. When bubbling stops, stir well.
Add heavy whipping cream.
