Ingredients
6
eggs
1
cup
flour
¼
tsp
salt
1
cup
milk
½
tsp
vanilla
optional
½
cup
butter
Instructions
Blend eggs in a blender for 2 min.
Add milk, flour & salt to blended eggs.
Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. (I do this first by putting it in the oven while it is preheating.)
Add mix to hot butter.
Bake for 12-15 min.
You can also half this recipe and use an 8” square pan
