Garden Medley Soup

- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup flour
- 4 cups half & half
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 crowns broccoli
- 3-4 carrots, diced
Melt butter and whisk in flour.
Slowly add half- &-half, stirring until thick.
Season to taste and add cheese.
Stir until melted.
Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until cooked.
Pour sauce over veggies.
If too thick, thin with milk.
