Ingredients
Bread slices
1
egg
for every 2 slices of bread

Tbsp
cream or half and half
for every egg
salt and pepper
Instructions
Whip eggs, cream salt and pepper in a shallow pan, pie pans work great.
Dip both sides of bread into egg mixture and fry on a greased hot griddle.
Top with favorite syrup or fruit.
