Faux Sourdough Starter

Ingredients

cups
flour
3
Tbsp
sugar

Tbsp
Yeast
½
tsp
salt
2
cups
warm water
Instructions
In a pitcher or something that has a lid, combine all ingredients.
Beat well with a wooden spoon.
Fermentation will dissolve lumps.
Cover, or put lid on with spout open.
Set in a warm place. Let ferment for 2 to 3 days.
Stir everyday.
To use remove starter needed for recipe.
Refrigerate remainder.
Replenish by adding equal amounts of flour and water.
