Extra Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs well beaten

Cream above ingredients together.

Sift the following ingredients together:

  • 1¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
  •  Blend well.
  • Pour into 1 well greased & floured bread pan.  Make sure you check the center before pulling out of oven to see if the middle is done.  I use a toothpick.  If it comes out clean, then it is done.
